Need urgent help please dear members

Dear member my study permit for september 2014 intake hass been rejected
Reason : given gap in education , low ielts score, low acedemic scores
Profile 10 th 2007= 67%
12 th 2009 = 58%
Advance diploma in computre 2009 to 2010 = 67%
Bachelor of arts 2010 to 2013 = 58 %
With sociology and economics

Course applied _ human resource management
Its one year post graduate diploma programme
Centennial college toronto
Ielts overall 6.5
L 7 R 7 W 6 S 6
I m in doubt that in my graduation i
Obtained 51% in first year
55% in second year
67% in final year
I m in doubt that it would be the main reason of my rejection that i got low percentage in 1st and 2nd year of my graduation
I have applied for caips notes as well.
I want to ask you respected members that can i get visa after gettin good percentage in 1st and 2 nd year by giving exams of improvement of performance in april 2015

u need to select a course which is relevant to ur past studies...HR is a mismatch to ur BA and computer diploma...
