Hello,

I live in Toronto and I lost my passport with Canadian Visa before, then I reported to Police Office and they faxed the report of lost passport to the embassy. After that, I received a new passport.

I am applying for a new Canadian Visa, but CIC requested me to submit a copy of Police Report regarding the lost passport. However, Police do not issue the copy of lost passport report. Can you please advise what I should do now?

I only keep the report number provided by Police.
