In my certificate my father name is written as Mohd. Shahjahan Zia Ul Islam, bt in my certificati as Shahjahan Khan , now my father collect his salary statement to present it with visa doc. ,in that leltter office mentioned both of this name,is it ok to prove that both names present one person .
Provided that you have a notarized name change affidavit then yes. But if there is no government recognized document of him which shows that he changed his name then NO.
I removed a portion of my name a few months before applying to Canada and here's how the process goes.
1. Appear before a notary public
2. Tell them that you wish to generate a name change affidavit
3. Have them print it out on legal paper and put a notary stamp on it
4. Sign the document
5. Attach the affidavit along with your application.
Thats what I did. I suppose it'll work for you too

Write to the visa office and update them with this information. Make sure you mention that the mistake was on your part and submit the other documents. They usually respond in 2-3 working days.
