need to send application to visa office?

Applied for PR under FSW to CIO, Sydney on 04/26/2011. Recieved an email from CIO on 06/06/2011, initial eligibility met. Application will be transfered to local visa office. In my case local visa office is buffalo. I never recieved letter in mail of initial eligibility met. My ecas status shows: "Recieved by Visa office". I never mailed another set of my application to local visa office. I have only mailed one set to CIO, sydney. Was I required to set another set of my application to local visa office?

You are not required to do anything. Your docs were sent from CIO to Buffalo VO.

The thing is server was showing error in posting my thread(4-5 times). I thought my thread is not posted due to that message. But it was posting despite the server error message.
