Need to know step by step process to get 600 points from Job bank

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the step by step procedure to get 600 points from Job bank and also let me know whether we can apply for job from India before even creating express entry profile to get that 600 points?

The 600 points are no longer granted. The points system has changed. Expect to get 50 additional points only with a job offer.

Also, do not expect to get a job offer from job bank - pretty much zero chance this will happen.

To get the additional 50 points, you'll need to secure a job offer outside of job bank on your own. The employer offering you the job will also need to obtain an approved LMIA.
