Hi all,

Unfortunately I have to flagpole for work permit, and I have quick questions regarding documents.

1. Transcript needs to be final and official. Does it have to come in seal envelope? Some say yes some no. I can't seem to find official source on this one.

2. I have a valid study permit but my TRV expired long ago. I believe flagpoling is TRV exempt, meaning I can still come back into Canada even if the port denies my application. https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/FullText.html Could you please confirm my understanding is correct?
