Need to Confirm about Qualification required

Need your suggestion.

I am planning to immigrate to canada through express entry. I have discussed with some consultancies but didnt got anything worth so thought of posting it here. I have some queries.

1.// I have done B. Sc. IT and PG diploma in Software Engg from NIIT and having 5+ Years of exp in Human Resource (HR) working with corporates & non-corporates. People whom I have concerned are saying that My visa file would probably be rejected because my qualification & exp are not matching.

2.// Do i need to do any certification in HR ? or would it be of any value in canada ?

Your work experience and education need not be in the same discipline. But there are other important criteria that you must fulfill before you can consider applying under EE.
