Many thanks for your support and advise,i have doubt and i would like to know, one refusal in 2006 and another in 2009 i don't have rejection letters, so how and what can be done to get details if i need to address in cover letter for previous refusals.
You must mention the UCI Number + give the dates for your previous TRV applications + mention the reasons for the 2014 TRV refusal and how you have addressed them
Please help me, i am unable get my UCI number, i believe i had misplaced by previous refusal letter, i tried a lot to search but unable to get. How and where i can request to get my UCI. Urgent help needed.
Your UCI Number is at the top right corner of your refusal letters. It is an 8 digit number (like 0000-0000). If you do not know your UCI Number then leave it blank (on the TRV application form).
You must answer 'Yes' to Question 2 of the 'Background Information' ie Have you ever been refused a visa or permit?. And give application dates, passport number(s), type of visa, visa office.... in the box + reference to the cover letter for the visa refusals of other countries.
Do provide the same details + mention you are unable to provide the UCI Number in the cover letter.
You must also provide details of visa refusals for all countries
