Need Suggestions on Parents and Grand Parents Sponsorship.

I'm writing this thread for Suggestions on getting my Mom or my In-laws on PR.

We are a family of two, my wife and Me.

Our Household income for FY'
2015- $30,040
2016- $53,046
2017- $ 66,732
2018- $68,000 (tenative)

Now, if I want to drop a sponsorship for Parents in 2019 Jan.
I realize I'm not eligible due to the income for 2015, to apply for neither of my parents.

I would need suggestions on how I could get them on PR.

Wait for the official requirement for PGP 2019 to publish and go from there.
If they require LICO from 2015 - 2017, then you can only wait for another year and apply in 2020 when they only need LICO from 2016.

If they ask for proof from 2016 - 2018, then you can submit your interest to sponsor form. But you can only choose your parents/mom or your wife can try for her parents. But you won't qualify for all of them.
