Need suggestions about the employment requirements for NOC 7231

Hi,
I need some information regarding to noc 7231.I am working as a machine operator (Machinists) and i have Master's degree in Engineering.My question is that for NOC 7231 the employment condition is
Completion of a four-year apprenticeship program
or
A combination of over four years of work experience in the trade and some college or industry courses in machining is usually required to be eligible for trade certification.
Am i eligible to apply for this NOC code. please give me your opinion.Thanks a lot

Regarding employment requirements: "Note: The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description."
