Need suggestion on whether to reapply for study permit.

Hey everyone, My application got rejected on 4th march 2020. Reasons are (1) based on family ties in Canada and in country of residence (2) Based on purpose of your visit. I took advance diploma in Business administration at Centennial Collage May intake.
My profile-
In 2019 Graduated 12th- 66%
IELTS- Reading 7, Listening 7.5, Writing 6, Speaking 7.5
What is the chance of getting study permit with this kind of rejection?

Apply for GCMS notes immediately, as this will help you understand the exact concerns of the Visa Officer (VO) who assessed your application.
As long as you address every concern, you can write a letter of explanation emphasizing those points and reapply.

You haven't provided much information in your original post, but do you have close family members settled in Canada?
What documents did you submit to establish ties with your home country - to show that you would return after the completion of your course?
The VO doesn't appear convinced about your reasons to study Business Administration. In your previous application, did you explain why you chose only this particular course after completing your Higher Secondary School?
