Need some help on Express Entry Canada PR

1. If couple apply for PR and once we receive them and after initial stamping, can only primary applicant stay back in canada for 3 years till citizenship and will wife still be eligible being back in india?
2. After citizenship is it easy to bring newborn to canada or its same process for PR and citizenship.

1) No it's necessary for both to stay 3 out of 5 years to get citizenship.

2) if both are citizens then it's easy else you gotta follow you same drill .
