Hello guys,
I had completed my graduation in BCom with 51%
Then, I did MBA Finance and got 56%
Also have 3 years of work exp.
7.5 in IELTS with no less than 6.5 in each

Now, I want to study in Canada. I don't want to do a Phd. Nor do I want to go for express entry since I want to study there and experience the opportunities there and then get a PR.

So, please suggest me some courses I could go with. Ontario is the most preferred location with Vancouver a close second. There should be part time and full time job opportunities. Colleges/universities anything will do(open to masters, diplomas, certificates and anything else which will help me obtain a PR). Something related to my field will be helpful.
