Dear All,

I have one query regarding IELTS, I have read most of the topics related to IELTS here on this forum but unable to get the answer related to my query.

After the updation in NOC list effective from 26th June 2010. Can I send the application for immigration to CIO for initial evaluation without having IELTS score at this time? However I will provide the scores once CIO asks me for the documents. Please confirm.

I would appreciate your reply in this concern.

For the new rules June 26, All applicants should submit IELTS result in the Initial application to Nova Scotia. If you will not submit it will be returned to you.
