I just want to know, do I need to provide any other documents for Family Reunification program. Will my parent’s file be considered and processed quickly under Family reunification program? I would really appreciate if someone can explain this to me. Its very confusing.

There isn't a family reunification program. Your parents will need to do biometrics. There are certain family members who are able to travel given the travel restrictions if they are approved for a TRV or supervisa.
