I am currently working in Canada and I have spouse work permit which will be expired at the end of 2021 , I have a conviction because of minor Asselt with my wife and i get conditional discharge with one year probation which is already finish some months ago , i did some research and it looks i am in admissible to Canada for 3 years
, last time when i apply for extend my visa the decision was not made on my file ,
i want to know if i apply for extension do i have any chance my visa extend ?
what about LIMA process , my boss will support me to apply LIMA for me , is there any chance to get temporary work permit like close work permit
i have plan to apply PR after this 3 years period finish but don't want to leave canada and looking for options to extend my temp visa by any way event apply for student visa,
