Hello There,
I have a question regarding French language profiency.
I don't understand French nor can I speak it. Since
the French language uses english alphabets, I can read
and write. Can I claim full points for reading and
writing French?

Doubtful, but CHC will insist that you take the TEF
PMM
I dont think so. as it appears you can just copy the text from one place to another since you dont understand it !!!
Sorry, it does not work that way. I studied French for 4 yrs, and beleive me it is as hard as the English Language for the French Man. The Best you can do is to start taking classes and later add it to your file (that is if an assessment has not been made already).
