I got my AOR on May 28th, 2013 for CEC application. I have some doubt regarding my NOC Code. As I worked for a small company (retail store of botanical herbs, oils and spa products) with 3 employees only, my job title was marketing executive and my job duties were same as Noc Code 0651 (manager in customer and public services). The title Marketing executive does not exist in 0651 noc code but I performed the duties of assistant manager + marketing head. In my reference letter, my title is written as Marketing executive only. In my application, i put my Noc code 0651 as I felt that duties are more important than title. Do you think that there are chances of rejection? Can i send updated form with other Noc code to the office at this point?
I understand this point but my duties are matching 90% of this NOC code which i did not find under any other noc code. Can i send an explanatory letter that I worked for a very small company and i handled the marketing + assistant manager responsibilties?

do it right away.. if this title is not in NOC your application may be rejected.
job duties matter much more than your job title, it does not matter if your title does not appear in the list of duties. But be very certain the duties and responsibilities match the NOC....
Thanks a bunch for your advice I also advised to match the duties of the job instead of focussing on the job title.
