I need help and advice.
When I submitted the application I sent the police certificate. In it my conventional penalties of 6 pieces were specified.Its not criminal record.
Immigration officer asked me to send it still paper about my criminal records, I ordered in police and they made paper that I don't have and never was criminal records and those penalties are paid long ago and long ago in archive.
Now I receive the answer from the officer that he waits any papers concerning my penalties. I learned in my country they long ago already in archive and no data are present, they weren't serious violation and I repeat sent the reference that I have no criminal records and wasn't. I don't know what now to send how to prove that penalties were usual and not serious.

Hi,
Just get a letter from police regarding this issue that it was not a criminal offence so they don't have any records. And just sent that letter to visa officer than it should fine.
