Need one course to graduate but already got job

Fall 2015 suppose to be my last semester but i could not get 70 to pass(according to my university i need 70 to pass any course).
I already got a job(full-time).
I need to take another course to graduate in this(winter 2016) semester and my job start date is february 1, 2016.
Can i start my full-time job?
According to this bulletin i can apply for pgwp if i am part-time in my final semester.

No - you can't start your full time job while you are still completing your education. If you do so, you'll be violating the terms of your study permit and will put both your status in Canada, as well as your PGWP, in jeopardy.

You cannot start working full time until you have completed your schooling.

You are correct in understanding that you can be a part time student in your last semester. However you are limited to working 20 hours off campus per week.
