Need my Passport - Very urgent

I have applied for PR (Federal Skilled Worker) and got my medical in the month of APR-2013. I have submitted my passport in APR-2013. Due to PAFSO strike Visa stamping is delayed. However I need my passport very urgently . To Whom should I approach for getting my passport ?. Please help me. VERY VERY URGENT MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

Where I have to send my details ?. If I request passport for urgent purpose (Just for 1 week) will they give to me ?. or Will they close my case ?. Need to know
