Can anyone who has gone through the case rejection for spouse sponsor and won appeal , please help with the lawyer name . no. and theire fees.
Hope people can understand how it feels who had gone through the same and guide the same with their best experience so we can meet as soon as posssible.
Thanking you
dont stress too much. Many have gone through this process. I won my appeal August 2012. Most appeals are allowed (I wish I knew the percentage)
The most difficult part is the wait times for Toronto. Currently over 2 years unless you get an ADR. If they tell you....'not genuine' I would count on a long wait, as ADR is given to those cases with 1 or 2 issues. I would recommend you get a consultation with a lawyer/Imm consultant. They will all tell you about their high success rates and gladly take your money. You need to go with your gut feeling ! 8)
I haven't gone through an appeal, but I am using a law firm for my spousal sponsorship. I am using Niren & Associates because they don't do anything but immigration. A lot of other lawyers focus on other areas of law and merely dabble in immigration. (866) 929-0911
-He married his wife just 2 months after meeting her
-Him and his mom tried to enter canada via visitor visa, but they lied on their application, saying they didn't know anyone there, even though he had his girlfriend living in Canada
I think these are possible reasons for their rejection, yeah I know quickie marriages tend to be huge red flags

2 months after meeting her??? HE KNOW HER BEFORE MARRIED,,?did he have relationshipe with her before married more ??? THEN 2 months.Because Canadian law says the partners they must a be One year together
before get married in internet or meet in real In another country And prevent them reasons not to be together .if they meet in internet long time more then 1 year is no problem hey got married the first meet in real

Canadian law does not require a couple to be together for one year before they get married. For immigration purposes, a coupld must live together for one year before the Canadian can sponsor his or her partner as a common-law partner. A couple must have a marriage-like relationship for a year before the Canadian can sponsor his or her partner as a conjugal partner, and in this case there must be reasons why they cannot live together or get married. But for a married couple, the Canadian can sponsor his or her spouse as soon as they get married.
Now, if they did not know each other for very long before getting married, the visa officer might question whether the marriage is genuine, but there is no rule about how long the couple must have known each other before marrying.
