hi, as canada announced 2 process student visa for international students. my question so usualy before spouse use to apply after 3-4 months of main applicant arrival. as of now how would that work if main applicant is taking her semester in India at home so is spouse still eligible to apply within 3-4 months while the main applicant is in india under valid student permit process studying in India?
