I am holding trv as W1 visa, as I had applied for open work permit since my husband is having temporary closed work permit. Currently we both are in India. Guide me, if I can travel to Canada before my husband in case I have job offer in my hand.
 
That is not recommended. You should go either with him or after him.

Once in Canada, your status is going to be bound to his. If he has no status (because he hasn't arrived yet), that creates a problem.

visa issued basis on spouse's WP hence an OWP holder cannot travel until the time former has landed at POE
