I been searching and googling everywhere to find a answer..3 yrs I married a immigrant man who claimed to have loved me ...since our marriage I have refused to send his papers in cause of the way he treated me and repeat cheated on me ..even having a child during our marriage with another woman . But I also had a child with him 3 yrs ago and now that we are not together he basically deserted my child and won't support my son..I am still married to him and want to know if there's a way to go after him for child support even though he been here illegally for 14 years .

This is tricky since he has been here 14 years illegally, but for sure if you are to take him to court for child support - he will be turned over to immigration and most likely deported.

You can file for a divorce, custody of your child and maintenance. Once that is done you can move on with your life. As suggested earlier he will be deported.
