Need information about Concordia University.... Plz..!!!

I want to apply for MSc in Computer Science at Concordia University. Regarding this I need some information about admission application process.

1. What is the procedure of providing "Confidential Reference Letters" or Letter of Recommendation to Concordia? Do I have to send hard copy of letters? How many I have to send?

2. What is the procedure of getting "Quebec Certificate"?

3 letters sealed and mailed to them.....CAQ is a very straight forward process and once u get admission letter u can apply for it.....as soon as u know online that ur admitted set up a courier pick up and contact concordia unversity send u the admission letter this way u will save time in getting admission letter otherwise it takes a month to get admission letter by regular post. this admission letter is required for CAQ ....
