I have a friend who's currently studying at Halifax, Nova Scotia, and has a Nova Scotia study permit.
My friend had some issues inside the uni, and would now like to move to Quebec to study, I need to know more information about this, can my friend study inside of Quebec with that study permit, if so can he apply for a CAQ, can anyone help me out?
