Dear all,
I am having trouble and dont know how to attaest my degree of graduation from HEC pakistan.
while my laywer is asking for sealed envelope for WES .
Will HEC directly send the sealed envelope to WES?
I have
1.bachelor degree
2. Diploma in safety and health engineering.

I listen that degree and transcript of B.A will be attested by HEC.
But i am confused that which organization or body will attested and sealed the diploma in envelope.
please guide me in this regard.
