I need to wait three weeks to get my daughter passport as I am living in the UK.
I am going to exceed 26th Sep 2011.
Can I still eligible to apply in October or I need to take another Ielts?
as IELTS general validity is two years.

Please advise me who knows about it in details.

2 years from 26/10/10 is 25/10/12. So what is your problem?

Actually my problem is I have only one year remained to expire my IELTS as it was clearly written that it should be valid throughout process. I dont know how long it will take for total processing time. What will happen if my process will be longer than one year ??

Actually it is clearly written that the IELTs result can be no older than 2 years on the date the application is submitted. It doesn't have to remain valid through the processing.
