Hello I just got my study permit rejected on the following grounds and I want to reapply.


For SP:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.

For my spouse (OWP)

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.

For minor child

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.


I don't understand the reasons why we got the rejection.

Best thing to do is file a request for GCMS notes. They might take between 60 and 90 days.
