Provide details of any trips xxx has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. How do i answer this question? do i look at all the stamps in my passport? What should i put as the reason for travel? is just leisure/visit family enough??

Yes, look your stamps to refer to exact date and month. I would say *Visting family* *tourist/leisure* would be fine.
