I tried looking into the forum but was not able to find any information regarding my specific problem. I am applying for spousal sponsorship and i have a criminal charge form a year ago for theft under 5000. My legal aid lawyer at the time suggested i just plead guilty as they will send my case to restorative justice and it will not affect my future immigration. So i did and was sent to restorative justice where i basically paid for the thing i stole and wrote an apology letter.
My question is how to i go about it in my application. Also, is that going to be a problem? I could not find any information regarding this anywhere. Any and all help will be appreciated.
