Hello, I received my study permit last week to study at Polytechnique Montreal for the winter semester 2020. A few days later, I received the acceptance of the University of Ottawa for the fall of 2020. Is it possible to stay in Morocco until September 2020 and study in Ottawa or I have to come to study in Montreal?

No you can transfer your college to U of O online with the different start date.
