My employer applying me for LMO but my employer doesn't know how to answer the question # 43 "Provide a rationale for the job offer you are making to the foreign live-in caregiver(s) and explain how this will meet your employment needs"

The question is asking the employer to explain 1) Why he/she needs a live-in caregiver, and 2) Why does he/she want to hire YOU and not someone locally.
1) What is the job? Who will the caregiver look after? Why is a live-in caregiver necessary?
2) What did they do to find a caregiver? Advertising? How long have they been looking for an applicant? How did your name come to them? What qualifications did you have that others didn't?
