hi! im jeff from the philippines and i just arrived here in Canada 3 months ago. My Aunt/employer is the one who hired me and promised to have my contract released once i find a new employer. Ive been here in Canada (Vancouver) for 3 months, working under my aunt without pay. A male caregiver looking for a caregiving job is really hard.
So my question is, can I work in another job ( not as a caregiver) if they agree to pay me under the table? well i will pay my taxes through my aunt just to obtain my ROE in time.
That is illegal and when caught can be reason for removal.
