Hello,
filled out my application and submitted it, but I was unable to visit the biometrics center. Now that my application is in 'Closed' status, I cannot reapply through the IRCC portal(New Version) as there is no option available. There is also a 'Withdraw Application' option, but I’m unsure whether I should use it. Please let me know the next steps to reapply.
