What information should I provide for the following two questions in the image? When I click on the help button as mentioned in text next to "Language test result form or certificate number," it states, "PTE Core: The Score Report Code from your Score Report." However, I'm uncertain about what to input for the "Language test PIN." I have a feeling it should be used here.
