Hello everyone, I am applying under SDS category and have paid first-year tuition fees and GIC, But I want to attach proof of funds for the second year also.
I have completed the following step until now:-
Downloaded my father's bank statement and balance certificate through net banking, got them stamped and signed by branch manager.
Now, I have following questions
1) Do I need to attach affidavit of support with my application? If yes, can anyone please share the format for the same.
2)Is it required to attach my father's ITRs If I am able to show sufficient funds through bank statement?

I would strongly recommend you that you attached past two years of ITR. There is no such format for the support affidavit. You can simply write that I, (father's name) would support my daughter's (Name) education in Canada, then list the sources of funds. Although Affidavit is not mandatory, many go for it.

Thank you so much for your reply! Should I upload financial documents under "client information" section?

If it is SDS, attached it in Client information and For Non-SDS, in financial upload section

Last question, Do I need to get ITRs notarized or any other kind of verification?
Thank you!

bank statement with bank stamp is absolutely fine and try to get a letter from bank which states the total amount in CAD and four month avg balance in CAD. (Documents which i provided 1-bank statement with stamp on it, letter from bank - amount in CAD and 4 months avg balance in CAD, 3 YEARS ITR - Notary is not required, 3 months payslip)
