Need help with personal history in express entry

Hi guys,

I need some help of filling out the personal history section of the permeant residence express entry form.

1. My university is located in Toronto. In my first year of study, I was in Ottawa due to Covid situation, then I moved to Toronto to continue my studies. Should I create two separate activities (a) or just one activity (b)? If I choose b), my concern is that my personal history does not match with my address history.
a) activity 1: 2020-2021 study, location Ottawa, in good standing
activity 2: 2021-2022 study, location Toronto, degree received
b) activity 1: 2020-2022 study, location Toronto, degree received

2. During my undergrad studies, I did some internship (not coop). Should I write my personal history in a) or b)?
a) activity 1: 2018-09 to 2019-05 study at xxx
activity 2: 2019-05 to 2019-08 internship at xxx
activity 3: 2019-09 to 2020-04 study at xx

b) activity 1: 2018-09 to 2020-04 study at xxx
activity 2: 2019-05 to 2019-08 internship at xxx
