Need Help with MyCIC account and Express Entry Application

Hi Seniors,

I created a MYCIC (using GCKey) account and applied for the Express Entry in Jan 2015. When I tried to login to my account few days ago I realized that I had forgotten my answers to all 4 challenge questions and my account was locked. I contacted the technical support via the website and they told me to create a new MYCIC account and link my existing application to it. I have since created a new mycic account but I am unable to search for my existing account. The search option requires me to choose a category from among the following - Interim Federal Health Program, Study Permit, Study Permit Extension, Visitor Record, Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa), Work Permit and Work Permit Extension. I am not sure which one corresponds to Express Entry. I tried selecting work permit but it then asks me for Job title and other work related items. Please help me, thank you in advance.

same here, did any one solve this problem ?
it is very urgent waiting for 2nd PRR directed to local visa office
