Need Help with a NOC - Employment requirements

Hi everybody,

I need some help regarding Employment requirements.

In some NOCs you have an employment requirements sentence:

• A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is usually required.

Does the sentence "usually required" mean that it is not a must ?

The issue is that I received my Bachelor degree only last year (2018) but I have 12 years of experience in the high-tech industry, 9 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (NOC 6221) and the last 3 years as Product Manager (NOC 0601).

I dont know what I should write in my Express entry as my main occupation AND the date of when I become eligible for that NOC.

Please help me out!
