so my wife from back home apply 2 times open work permit and she was refused both time
can it would be bad effect on our PR application , i applied sep 26
GCMS note :
My concern is that once reunited with her spouse the applicant would have little incentive to depart Canada therefore I am not satisfied that the applicant is a bona fide temporary residence, refused
it says PA applicant got married 2011 he also live other country before came to canada
it appears PA and spouse have never lived in the same country in the course of their marriage
they have elected to live separately since they married in 2011, I fail to see the any H&C measures to reunite them now
Hi delta about this topic recently I have different view in this forum
Bcz I facing same kind of problem
My wife also refused two time open WP
And my PR application is delay no news
Applied 23 Sep 2014
i have applied alongwith my wife who
also got 1 visitor and 1 dependent visa
refusal. its ok bro dont take more tension
its nothing can be harm your application.
they have concern abt in your file is criminality
medical deaseas war crime or terrorist related
.if u ok in these then good to go. they just want to
make sure the person is not harmful or threat
for canada by anytypes of way.

nop there is no influence in your file just because of your wife's refusal.
that is complete different process than pr. it might get delay becos your
wife is in your back home and your r in canada so they have to do communication
both side. your wife will get communication from her local visa office . so its normal
to taking time as you both r not in one place.
