Need help understanding passport submission for super visa in India

I am trying to go through VFS website through the link provided in my PPR. I have some questions below

1) Which VFS to send the passport for Kerala applicant - Bengaluru or Chennai?
2) They show they have 1 way courier but I am not able to find any option to book the passport pick up service
3) If I send by regular courier ourselves, how do we pay for return courier fees. No instructions found or am I checking at wrong place. Guide me here please.
