Good day, I need help interpreting some questions on the application for my specific scenario. Let me provide a little background info:

I became a landed PR on March 1, 2015. Prior to that I have never been to Canada or held any form of Canadian Permit. I only ever lived in my country of birth prior to immigrating to Canada as a PR. As per the physical presence calculator, my eligibility period is 2013-07-06 to 2018-07-06.

With that said here's where I'm a bit confused.
1) Question 9C: During your eligibility period did you live outside Canada? yes
This leads me to complete for CIT 0177 which does not apply to me, do I have to fill in this form anyway?

Since I was living in my country of birth for more than 183 days during the first part of my "eligibility period", (and I did submit a police certificate from said country with my PR application) do I need to submit a new police certificate from said country again? (even though I have not been living there since becoming a PR)

Thanks in advance.

1) Fill it, put n/a pretty much everywhere and call it a day.
2) Yes, you'll need a new police certificate from your home country.
