My husband applied for our daughter's citizenship certificate and it was mailed out from CIC April 13 and we never received it.How can we track the certificate its been a month now and We need it to get our daughter passport. I went to the consulate and they said we have to find out what happened to it before I could get a passport or even ask for a replacement. Please help I dont even know where to start.
