I came to canada on tourist visa on may 2024 and applied asylum in August 2024 on Sept 2024 I came back to my home country for an emergency situation.. Now am already out of Canada.
1.Can i travel back to Canada??..If i can't go back then I want to withdraw the application.
2.what is procedure to withdraw the asylum application??
3.After i withdraw my asylum will my tourist visa be valid..???
4.can i apply for visa to European countries???Will this effect further applying visas to other countries???

Yes you need to inform your lawyer & IRB/IRCC that you left Canada. Your TRV has likely been cancelled. You can attempt to get a visa to visit Europe but you may struggle to get approved after claiming asylum in Canada.
