A: Yes

d. Temporary resident permit
A: A or B will be okay, I did A.
(i have been working for same employer since 2012. which one i need to chose?)
Q: Do you have a written job offer?
A: For the questionnaire sometimes if you put no you will get a better outcome.
3. Details of intendent work in canada
A: Write N/A - BOWP Permit
You are better off not putting any details about your employment on your application, and clearly stating that you are applying for a BOWP everywhere it mentions employer.

a) Your employer can assist you in applying for the work permit, but cannot apply "for" you without your knowledge or signature.
b) If YOU have 2 applications for a work permit in at the same time, one is a BOWP application and one is an LMIA-approved TWP application, CIC will issue the LMIA-confirmed TWP.
It should be noted that the following foreign nationals do not qualify for a bridging work permit:
foreign nationals whose work permits are valid for longer than four months and/or who already have a new LMIA that can be used as the basis for a new work permit application;
Having said that, if you are eligible NOW for a BOWP and you apply and receive it before your employer gets the LMIA, I don't know what would happen if you submit a second application for a work permit. Mind you, the LMIA-closed work permit would not be a bad thing to have (if in the unfortunate event that you would need to re-apply for PR under the Express Entry system).
But I also cannot imagine an employer not being glad about not needing to go through the cost/time/effort of an LMIA application...
