Got admit at UNBC for Masters program.
In University application visa checklist, I saw that it was written that we need to pay one year fee (2 semesters)
and send receipt.
In the university I got admitted there are 3 semesters per academic year.
So should I pay for 2 semesters or 3 semesters. Please help.

I do not have good scores in my undergraduate program , will that be affecting my Visa chances.
Also my brother recently got PR in Canada (He will not be sponsoring me)
How do I go about this. Is there enough time ?please help.
