Need help: SIN delay

Hi all,
I went to Service Canada in person in July but I couldn't get an SIN right away because they were unable to validate my info in the system. They said they routed my case to IRCC and since then I haven't heard any update. It has been two months and I wonder does anyone know what to go about this? I have been calling Service Canada but they said there is nothing they can do other than waiting. I couldn't speak to an IRCC agent because they are overwhelmed now.

I am facing same issue. I havent received my SIN yet . Were you able to get your SIN and how?

Any help would be appreciated .
