After fourth refusal I applied for Caips Notes and got to know that Visa Officer has refused my visa becase my recent study was Post Graduate Diploma In Computer Applications(PGDCA) and I have applied in health education. I did computer diploma only to enhance my computer knowledge and Pharmacy is my Primary study. In refusal visa officer wrote irrelevent course selected. So can anyone please advice what course I should take now in health or computer field. Will be thankful for your valueable opinions .

Look at a Masters in the health field - pharmacy, health management, public health. Show how the Masters will give you further opportunities.

・ The applicant has failed to satisfy me that pursuing the selected program of study is reasonable given the high cost of international study in Canada when weighed against the potential career/employment benefits after completion, and the local options available for similar studies・ See LOA. ・ Given the applicant's previous education Post grad Dip in Computer Applications 2018, Bach of Pharmacy 2017 and employment history, none, I am not satisfied the motivation to pursue this particular program, Health Care Administration and Service Management at this point in time in Canada, is reasonable; See LOA -I am not satisfied the program adequately demonstrate a logical progression of studies・ ・The plan of studies appears vague and not strongly documented on how chosen course will improve job prospects back home・

The VO was correct in the assessment. You have a B.Pharm so what experience did you show that you needed to do a health care program in Canada? What job would have have when you returned to justify the costs of the program? Look at Masters programs as stated above with a clear plan on how it will build on your education and career.

Pharmacists already are taught to provide health education so it would not make sense to do a diploma and would lead to little career progression. The healthcare admin college program is geared towards those running things like a doctor’s office and the instruction is based on the Canadian healthcare system which wouldn’t be useful in other countries. You must pick a degree that will lead yo career advancement in your home country. Would add there is a surplus of pharmacists in Canada which has decreased the average salary of most pharmacists over the past 10-15 years.
